Hi, Iām Sarah Bingham.
I am so honoured to be playing, learning and growing on the unceded traditional lands of the Snuneymuxw people.
I have called Vancouver Island my home for almost 20 years now and am constantly in awe of the beauty and abundance this place has to offer. I am a mother to my beautiful daughter and our big black lab, Odin. We spend most of our time outdoors, skiing, paddle-boarding and exploring as much of this island as we can.
I am a trained Red Seal Chef and a Holistic Nutritionist. I love using local ingredients and foraging or growing my own as much as possible. I specialize in vegetarian cooking, focusing on encouraging and inspiring people to get excited about eating vegetables!
I am passionate about the outdoors and additionally a Certified Forest Therapy Guide. The forest is where I feel absolutely at home and have been using it for my own healing for many years. I truly believe the forest and food are both huge tools in our journey of healing. They are both medicine that are readily available to us on a daily basis.
My learning is ongoing as I continue to deepen my knowledge of wild foraging, astrology, anything witchy and my own Scottish and Welsh roots. I believe we are meant to be living in relationship with Mother Earth and following the ebbs and flows of each season.
